In line with some of the reasons CrossFit was created, we have decided to go back to training for the unknown and unknowable. We were going to eliminate this wod blog altogether; however, decided we would instead give just the movements that will be involved.
You will have to show up to get the run down of what type of wod it will be (FOR TIME, AMRAP, EMOM, etc.), how many reps there will be, and how much weight is Rx. Enjoy!
