*Coach's Tips--Remember, your body weight is a factor.  If you use bands, by pulling bands off the pullup bar, you are adding weight.  Just as if you add weight to a bar.  Keep in mind: If you do not have pullups yet, you may want to add weight to that bar instead of the oly bar.
