  • 5 LATERAL PUSHUPS

  • 5 NARROW PUSHUPS

SKILLS

  • TRIPOD TO HSPU KIPS WITHOUT WALL

  • EXTENDED RING ROW PROGRESSIONS

  • RING MUSCLE UPS OR PULLUPS

WOD

8MIN AMRAP

  • 18 FEET HS WALKS OR 8 LATERAL ON WALL (4 EACH WAY)

  • 15 DOUBLE UNDERS OR 45 SINGLE UNDERS

  • 3 PISTOLS EACH LEG
