THIS WEEK ON WED NOV 11, WE WILL BE HOSTING THE WISE MEN TRIBUTE WOD ALL DAY IN OUR REGULARLY SCHEDULED CLASSES.  GYMNASTICS WILL BE CANCELLED TO ALLOW FULL FLOOR ACCESS TO ALL ATHLETES WANTING TO PARTICIPATE.  ANY WALK IN FOR EXPERIENCED CROSSFITTERS WILL BE $10 DONATION (TO BE GIVEN TO THE WISE MEN FOUNDATION).
