Pullup Tip: Body position doesn't change much from a ring row angle. In fact, the regular pullup, the chest to bar and the muscle up position changes in degree of angle (like a ring row) not really in change of body position. Notice toes in front, body tight, one continuous piece and not broken at the knees or hips. Yes, pullups are functional with a break in those areas but a lot more effort must be used in performance. Efficiency is in the body position.
