Back, by popular demand, Friends Friday @ 7pm! As always, it's a great way to share your love of CrossFit. You can come alone and hang out with fellow crossfitters or you can bring a friend or group of friends to be part of the partner/group workouts that we program especially for the Friends class. Note, the workouts are always written in order to be modified per each individual's needs (you can make it as hard or easy as you want). This class usually takes a little more time than most classes in order to accommodate and teach the new moves to any newcomers. They usually run on time; however, this will depend on the amount of newcomers and people we need to set up for. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask. Come One, Come All!
