Do reps as a Pyramid (explained after)

5    Burpees

10    Shoulder to Overhead  115/80

15    Weighted Roman Twists  25/15  (R/L = 1)

20    Front Rack Stationary Lunges  115/80  (R=1, L=2)

25    Box Jumps  30/24

 

Pyramid explained is:  do 5 burpees, then do 5 burpees and 10 sh to OH, then do 5 burpees and 10 sh to OH and 15 roman twists ... ENJOY!
