OLY CLASS:  Don't miss the Oly Class Wednesday @ 10am & 7pm - we will be covering the Snatch - Free for Unlimited Members

EFFICIENCY/SKILL CLASS:  Do you feel like a movement or weight is controlling you?  Do you feel uncomfortable or like you are using too much energy in any given movement?  Then, don't miss the Efficiency/Skill Class Thursday @ 7pm & Friday @ 10am.  This week, we will be working on Rowing and KB Swings.  If you already row or kb swing, believe me, you can always be more efficient, i.e. use less energy - Free for Unlimited Members
