If you have an iphone or ipad, SugardWod, is also a free app you can download and use to keep your wod times, reps, lifts, PRs, etc. and share with your box members.

Also - Don't forget, we are going to be closed Saturday, January 18, 2014, for the Crossfit 314 Invitational.  We have 5 teams entered so come cheer on your Endless Family!  The comp starts at 8am and should be over around 5pm.
