Conditioning WOD: 

15 Minute AMRAP

For Time:  Row 1200 Meters in 7 Minutes, then Rest remainder of the 7 minutes

Then For Total Reps: 

1:45 perform as many Pull-Ups

Rest 15 seconds

1:45 perform as many Prisoner Stationary Lunges (R=1, L=2)

Rest 15 seconds

1:45 perform as many Hand Release Push-Ups

Rest 15 seconds

1:45 perform as many Burpees as possible
