WOD: Friday 5/31/2013

You can bring a friend to do a partner WOD this Friday and their 1st class is FREE!  We will also be doing a friend WOD every Friday at 7:00 P.M. (starting on June 7th) to kind of loosen up and have a little fun.  We encourage you to bring as many people, as you want, to come and do it with you.  They can check out Endless CrossFit while having a little fun!

 

Conditioning WOD:

"Friend Friday"

WOD performed with a FRIEND for time:

100 Burpees

100 Straight Leg Sit Ups

100 SDHP with KB 70/55

100 Ring Rows

100 Air Squats

Partner holds a med ball (20/14) overhead while other person is performing their reps.

Both people just need to combine the reps to = the 100 totals.  Example: ( 1 person can do 70 and the other can do 30... or, both can do 50 each, and so on however you see fit.)
