Squat Cleans

 

Conditioning WOD:

10 Minute AMRAP

Squat Clean and Jerk  165/110

 

You perform as many squat clean and jerks as possible in 10 minutes.  Each squat clean performed is 1/2 a rep, and the jerk is the second 1/2 of the rep (both =1 total).  If you perform the squat clean and cannot get the jerk and drop the weight back to the ground, you will get 1/2 the rep; your next clean from the ground doesn't count until you complete the jerk.
