Handstand Progressions

 

Conditioning WOD:

EMOM (Every Minute On the Minute)

Perform 3 Deadlifts 225/155

Then with remainder of minute perform:

25 Burpee Box Jumps

25 Parallette Push Ups

25 Wall Balls

25 KB Swings 55/35

 

You start with 3 DL at top of every minute, and then with remainder of minute perform the sequence of the 4 exercises. (Example: Start with 3 DL, then, if you get through 20 Burpee Box Jumps in the rest of the minute; you will stop and do 3 more DL at the top of the 2nd minute.  Once that is completed, if you finish the final 5 Box Jumps during the 2nd minute, you will begin the 25 Parallette Push Ups until the top of the 3rd minute; and then you will do more 3 DL and continue until all 4 exercises are completed.)
