Conditioning WOD:

12 Minute Time Cap (Score consists of how many Thrusters achieved)

Burpees and Thrusters 95/65

Every minute, on the minute, you perform 1 Burpee for every minute, up to 12 minutes/Burpees, and perform as many Thrusters as possible for remainder of minute!

Example:

(Minute 1:  Do 1 Burpee and remainder of minute perform as many Thrusters as possible)

(Minute 2:  Do 2 Burpees and remainder of minute perform as many Thrusters as possible)

(Minute 3:  Do 3 Burpees and remainder of minute perform as many Thrusters as possible)

And so on for the 12 minutes or until you get to a minute that you cannot perform any Thrusters.  Once you cannot perform any Thrusters during that minute, you subtract the round you are on from 12 and perform that many Cindy's(5 Pull-ups, 10 Push-ups, 15 Air Squats) at your own pace.

Example:  If you get to round 7 and and do your 7 burpees and were not able to do any thrusters, you will then have to do 5 Cindy's (12-7=5) at your own pace.
