Conditioning WOD


30 Double Unders (Scale w / 90 single unders)

15 Hand Release Push Ups

30 Lateral Plate Jumps (R=1, L=2)

15 Ring Rows


Everyone really pushed hard on the OH squats and thrusters on Tuesday and even though they are tough movements, you guys pushed as far as your bodies would allow and we are proud of all of you.  Keep working and the sky is the limit!
