Back Squat 5 X 5

 

Conditioning

Ring Dip:  30-25-20-15-10-5

Evil Wheels:  5-10-15-20-25-30

Bear Crawl - 20 Meters (Between each set)

(Do 30 ring dips, 5 evil wheels, 20 m bear crawls.... then 25 dips, 10 wheels, bear crawl... etc)
