WOD: Monday 3/11/2013

The date has finally arrived and we are now open for business!  The WOD for the day is:

"Thunder Chicken"

10 minutes and at the top of each minute perform:

3 Deadlifts 155/95

2 Squat Cleans 155/95

1 Push Press 155/95

Then for the remainder of the minute perform as many pull ups as possible.

Your score will be the total amount of pull ups performed in the 10 minutes.
