Min 1:  1 deadlift then perform box jumps for remainder of minute

Min 2:  2 deadlifts then perform box jumps for remainder of minute

Min 3:  3 deadlifts then perform box jumps for remainder of minute

...... and so on for 10 minutes (do 10 deadlifts on the 10th minute)
