Sorry everyone, I got side-tracked with the unforeseen changes. Instead of one week in review, I am going to cover the last couple of weeks.
As everyone may or may not know, our co-owners, Jimmy and Callee, have decided to pursue other interests and will no longer be with us. We wish them the best of luck on their new journey and will miss them very much. Hopefully, they will come visit when they can.
We would like to welcome back Jen Ziegler! Her surgeon released her and she is now ready to rock. She is definitely going to be a force to be reckoned with. She came back with 55lb thrusters and 2 miles in one of her 1st wods back (Rx) and also did "Annie" Rx! Great job girl and we are so excited to have you back.
Also, we are excited to have Nichole Wilson back after her break and are anxiously waiting for her crossfit wife, Melissa Duff, to be back as soon as possible.
As much as everyone hates those pesky double unders; it's pretty rewarding when you finally start stringing them together. The morning crew is reportedly doing well with their double unders - Congrats!! Also, we have been noticing many others having much success.
Big shout out to Janis Frick, who has been struggling with knee issues for years, for finally being able to start jumping rope. Very proud of her perseverance and strength!
Congratulations to Jake Pendergrass for winning the 60-day challenge and Paul Ems for winning the 90-day challenge! Nice job! We are hoping to continue these challenges after things settle down and back to normal. We will announce any challenges as we get ready to start them. Thanks for your patience.

How awesome is this? Cassie Robinson - 5 months away - 8 countries! We were so happy to see you back - and now you are on the move again. Love when you can stop in, jealous of your travels, and wish you best of luck on the future!
Ok, everyone, the weather is crazy - just remember to dress accordingly. We try to program the wods with the weather in mind, but, as you all know, the weather is very unpredictable. We want to welcome aboard Brandon Thoma as our newest coach at Endless CrossFit. He is a fantastic athlete, open to learning as much as he can, asks many questions, and truly wants to coach each athlete to the best of his ability. We are very happy to have him with us and are extremely confident he will do a great job!
We are also hoping to eventually add some assistant coaches in the near future. This is an important process that we do not take lightly. Our members and their safety and progress are very important to us and we will always put their needs in the forefront when making these type of choices.
