GYM CLUB

This class will help each individual work their way up to better understanding and performance of CrossFit Gymnastics.  Class will consist of following:

SKILL EXPLANATION AND EXAMPLES

PROGRESSION STATIONS

HOMEWORK

WOD

Pushup Progressions are more important that most people think.  It's a skill transfer item that is often done incorrectly or without set goals in sight.

In the Gym Club, we are going to go over progressions with stations set up to break the pushup down.   You will also receive homework (which is entirely up to you whether you do or not).

After the progression portion of the class, we will be doing a wod.
