You do not have to be an Endless CrossFit member to attend this class.
A 4-week session of cardio-enhanced classes (starting the 1st of every month) is available to help you achieve your goals whether it be weight loss or just wanting to feel more fit and functional. It will be a high-energy, fun-filled class taught by an experienced group dynamic coaches. This class can also be modified to each individual's area of need. It can be as hard or as easy as you need it to be = for beginners and experienced alike.
As with CrossFit, safety and moving well is our priority and all workouts will be modified per individual to ensure a safe workout. Movement standards will be adhered to so that you may feel comfortable doing any workout programmed for the day.
This class is being offered to those who are not interested in the weightlifting or other aspects CrossFit brings to the table. We wanted to share with you the ability to become active and healthy without the fear of using a barbell or more technical movement in your workouts. It will be more of a bootcamp-style class concentrating on areas of cardio, endurance, and functional movement.
To sign up for this class, you can email us, call us, or pick up information at the gym. We will need a waiver filled out before starting the class. We can email the waiver to you to be filled out and emailed back to us or can bring everything to the gym prior to your first class. We would appreciate it being handled in advance as to not take away time from the class.
CrossFit unlimited members with family wanting to do this class will get a Crossover discount. Also any CrossFit unlimited members that want to attend this class for a change of pace, you also can pay a walk-in fee of $10.00 - cash only. We also allow walk-ins for for all others for $12 per person per class.
Other sessions, additions, and/or changes will be announced as we progress.
