Here at Endless Crossfit, Endless Edgehas completed its first month and what a month.  These atheletes have worked on foot work -did long distance cardio training -are honing their mechanics in squatting-working on and understanding mobility- hammering out some heavy strength training which includes the bench press-deadlift-back squat-shoulder press- starting their training on olympic lifting.  Then to top it all off, they are CRUSHING crossfit wods.  Great month atheletes and Monday we continue on.
