Ground is cleared, rock is delivered, and we are now in the construction phase of our new building and will keep everyone up to date of the progress.
With the new facility, we will have 2 spaces - One for Wods and One for Specialty/Open Gym. As we do now, we will have Olympic Lifting, Gymnastics (Efficiency/Skill), and Mobility classes; however, will be taught in the new specialty side with better times available for those who cannot make the time slots we have now in place Athletic Development will continue to be available and hopefully with better times also. We have been talking over Yoga with a couple of practitioners in hopes of implementing classes as soon as possible. We also have in the works adding BootCamp style (unloaded classes) because some do not like the lifting aspect of CrossFit, along with other types of classes such as endurance/rowing, specialty workshops with guest instructors, personal training, etc.
It will take some time to get all of these up and running; however, will concentrate on the WOD side first and hopefully transition without a hitch. Thank you in advance for your patience.
We are really excited and hope to plan a Grand Opening for the new building when the time comes. We will also be grateful for any help we can get during the move process.
